Co-constructing preferred scenarios for the future of teaching

How can we anticipate the future of the teaching profession? How can we create preferred futures that value current professionals, inspire future teachers and respond to current challenges?
The session will provide opportunities to engage with two research-based tools that have been created to support co-constructing preferred future scenarios for teaching. Firstly, “ambitions loops” help engage with next-practice ideas and possibilities. Secondly, a set of teacher personas provide opportunity to test ideas and to learn ways to deepen implementation.
How can we reframe thinking about the profession of teaching in ways that can create innovative approaches?
