Over OECD Jason McGrath

Dr Jason McGrath is a Policy Analyst with the OECD Directorate for Education and Skills. For the last three years he has worked on the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation’s project investigating New professionalism and the future of teaching. This project applies futures approaches to co-create preferred scenarios for teaching. Jason has been a teacher for over thirty years. Prior to moving to the OECD, Jason was principal of a large Kindergarten–Year 12 school in Australia. He has also worked in state and regional positions to support school and system development. Jason completed his PhD on the topic of “What if compulsory schooling was a 21st century invention?”.
