In the UK, Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction, popularised via a 2012 edition of American Educator magazine, have had significant reach into schools, forming the basis of a lot of training events. This session will explore what the principles are, why they’re popular and tackle the notion that they are ‘just common sense’.
